What happens to data when you use this site
Last updated 2026-10-19. This policy is for headlampscatalog.com and its brand subdomains.
The short version
We run a listing site, not an account system. There is no sign-up, no profile, and no checkout. The only personal data we hold is what you send by email to [email protected]. If you never email us, we hold nothing tied to your name.
Server logs kept for security
Our servers record standard request logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These logs exist to spot abuse, block attacks, and keep the site online. We do not use them to build profiles, and we do not sell them. Logs roll off on a routine schedule.
Picker storage stays in your browser
The catalog picker saves your filter choices in your browser's localStorage. That data never reaches our servers. It stays on your device until you clear it in your browser settings. Clearing site data removes it completely.
California requests
We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. If you are a California resident and want to know what we hold, or want it deleted, email [email protected]. We will confirm and act on the request. We may need enough detail to find the record.
Children and this site
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent us data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Asking us to delete something
Email [email protected] with the subject line "deletion request". Tell us what to remove, such as an email you sent or a log entry tied to your IP. We will confirm once it is done. Questions about this policy go to the same address.
Visit counts
This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
